Make healthful and nourishing food choices at most meals · Eat mindfully and become aware when you are satisfied · Plan meals to help take the guess work out of “what to eat” · Tolerate cravings until they pass · Identify food triggers · Stop emotional eating · Use a new, more balanced vocabulary around food and eating · Eat your favorite foods responsibly · Identify the thoughts that are sabotaging the choice to exercise and change those thoughts to lead to an increase in physical exercise
