The ringing in of a new year has always been a marker for fresh starts, new beginnings and goal setting. While we reflect on the year 2020, which will likely be remembered for all the challenges it served up, many of us are eager to put this crazy year behind us and move on to a brighter future. To kick off 2021, I am excited to announce my Mind Over Food podcast series is expanding to include a variety of featured guests.
For the past few months, I have had the honor to meet and interview dozens of experts that cover a wide scope of topics within the category of health and wellness. Each guest will bring a different perspective that I am hoping you will find as inspirational as I did. I am thrilled to be able to share their experience and insights directly with you through the Mind over food podcast so that we may all learn and grow together.
One glaringly common thread I have witnessed throughout my advance discussions with each guest is the fact that changing your mindset is the most important thing within all aspects of your life. While Mind Over Food focuses specifically on mindful eating and changing your behavior towards food, this type of training can be applied to all areas of your life. If you are struggling in any way with stress, mental health or eating habits, it is all about changing your mindset.
